We will try our best to pack the sets as best we can but once it has been shipped out, the condition of the sets upon arrival depends on how the courier service handles them.

• We ship using Pos Laju or J&T.
• Insurance for shipping is optional upon request
• Kuching Brick Store is not responsible for damages on the sets due to shipping. 
• Good sold are not refundable

Customers who purchase used sets will have to wait for an extra day before shipping. This is to allow us to check the parts and ensure that it is complete.
